Respecting creators
Profiles often include music, artwork and videos. Only upload content you own or have permission to use. We remove content when a rights holder shows it's being used without permission.
Reporting infringement
Email legal@isnt.lol with:
- The profile link (for example isnt.lol/username) and a description of the content.
- The work you own, and proof or a link to it.
- Your name, contact details, and the relationship to the rights holder if you're acting for them.
- A statement that you believe in good faith the use isn't authorised, and that your notice is accurate.
What happens next
We review notices promptly, usually within a few days. If the notice is valid, we remove the content and let the profile owner know. They can send a counter-notice to the same address if they think we made a mistake.
Repeat infringers
Accounts that receive repeated valid notices may be suspended.
Other illegal content
To report anything else that's illegal (not just copyright), use the Report button on the profile or email legal@isnt.lol with the profile link and why you think it's illegal. We'll confirm we received it and tell you what we decided.
