1. Who we are
isnt ("we", "us") is the service at isnt.lol. You can reach us at legal@isnt.lol. These terms apply to isnt.lol and every page and service we run on it. By creating an account or using isnt, you agree to them, and to our Privacy Policy.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to create an account.
- Keep your password safe. You're responsible for what happens on your account.
- One person may hold several accounts, but not to evade a ban or to squat usernames.
3. Usernames
Usernames are first come, first served. We may reclaim a username that impersonates someone, infringes a trademark, is used for abuse, or has been inactive for over 12 months. We'll never sell your username without your consent.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload: images, videos, music, text and links. You give us a licence to host, store and display it only so we can run your page. You confirm you have the right to use it, including music and artwork.
5. Things you can't do
- Post illegal content, or content that sexualises minors, promotes violence or harassment, or sells illegal goods.
- Impersonate people or organisations, or link to phishing, malware or scams.
- Upload content you don't have the rights to (see our Copyright Policy).
- Abuse the service: spam, scraping, attacks, or inflating views or leaderboard rankings with bots.
We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules. Where it's safe and lawful, we'll tell you why.
6. Premium
Premium is a one-time payment of €4.99 that unlocks Premium features for the lifetime of your account. "Lifetime" means as long as your account and isnt exist; a ban for breaking these terms ends it. Other purchases, such as the Verified badge, alias credits and custom badges, work the same way. Because purchases are digital and take effect immediately, you agree they start right away. Refunds follow consumer law in your country; contact support@isnt.lol within 14 days if something's wrong.
7. Availability
We work hard to keep isnt online, but we can't promise it will always be available or error-free. We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice.
8. Liability
To the extent the law allows, isnt is provided "as is", and our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.
9. Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time in Dashboard → Settings. This permanently removes your page and uploads.
10. Changes
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we'll let you know on the site or by email before the changes take effect.
